What type of abilities will I have when i purchase a beat?

If otherwise stated on the artist or beat listing, your default contract will be for a Basic Lease. These will include unlimited plays on any platform, up until the date your contract expires, after which you will have to renew the same contract.

Will I have to clear samples?

if otherwise stated, you will have no responsibility of clearing samples. This is how we are different than any other end source provider for beats. We take care of clearing samples for our producers. If you do need to clear any samples it will be bought to your attention prior to final purchase of lease.

Can I upload to platforms like Spotify & Apple Music.

Yes we let you upload to all platforms, however when doing so your song is monetized and to make sure our producers receive fair share of royalties, you will have to include the producer of your beat as a composer when submitting your track for distribution. If you have negotiated an exclusive deal, this will depend on the details of the deal which have been negotiated and will differ from case to case.

Will my music be removed if someone buys an exclusive for the same beat I used?

As long as your initial purchase date of the lease was before the exclusive license was bought your music will remain on all platforms initially uploaded too. This also depends if contracts and Leases are renewed whenever required.

In what ways can I use Samples and Presets I purchase?

You would have non exclusive rights to the samples and presets purchased. This means that you can use the sample in its original entirety, or modify it and use it in our tracks as long as there are other components to the track present other than the sample itself.
